Youth Support Worker

Website £10.09 - £12.33 p/hr

We are working closely with a charity to recruit a Youth Support Worker for a full time, permanent position. The successful candidate will be fully flexible, have a minimum of 3 months experience working with children and young adults with emotional difficulties and behaviours that challenge and a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is preferable but not essential.

39 hours per week – 30 days holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)

The Role:
As a support worker, you will be responsible for supporting individuals who need help emotionally and practically to help them gain independence and get the most out of life. Support work can cover an array of areas such as mental health, challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
