As an REC validated member we work above industry standards when it comes to our recruitment practice. All candidates who apply to join the Healthcare Direct workforce are subject to following:

support worker icon  Full employment history submitted and recorded
support worker icon  Right to work recorded and verified
support worker icon  Fitness to work declared
support worker icon  Two work related references obtained and verified
support worker icon  Care certificate training completed or verified
support worker icon  Shadow shifts completed for staff new to care
support worker icon  Registration checks completed with appropriate bodies
support worker icon  Issued with Healthcare Directs’ code of conduct
support worker icon  Issued with an ID badge, timesheets and uniform
